Ace Agar
Ace Agar is an edible gel agent whose main ingredients are extracts  from seaweeds and has been used for various purposes, such as jelly, cooking and confectioneries, etc. Ace Agar has properties, which are not available for gelatin.

Product characteristics  
A-G can be seasoned in any way because it is tasteless, odorless and transparent. Jelly won?ft melt at room temperature even in summer as  the formation  of jelly takes place at around 40˚ C.
